Position Summary

Seeking experienced CNC Machinists to set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to produce precision components to specification. The ideal candidate is proficient with blueprint reading, understands G-code, and can perform basic edits. Programming experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes per work orders and prints

Read and interpret blueprints, job travelers, and G-code

Perform tool changes, offsets, and minor program edits as required

Verify dimensions using calipers, micrometers, and gauges

Document first article and in-process inspections

Maintain equipment and a safe, organized work area

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with CNC mills and lathes

Ability to read and interpret G-code and mechanical drawings

Knowledge of tooling, feeds and speeds, and machining best practices

Proficiency with precision measuring instruments

Reliable attendance, strong communication, and teamwork

Preferred

Entry-level programming experience in Mastercam, Fusion 360, or similar

Experience with multi-axis machining and fixture setup

Familiarity with 5S and continuous improvement practices
