Aerospace manufacturer seeks CNC machinist. 3-5 years experience setting-up and operating manual machines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to set up and indicate jaws, select cutting tools, adjust offsets, and troubleshoot CNC programs. Precision machining on engine lathes, vertical lathes and horizontal boring mills. Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, and other precision measuring tools to ensure adherence to tolerances.Provide feedback on equipment, tooling, and fixtures to minimize setup time and reduce scrap/rework.
