Job Summary

We are seeking CNC Machinists with hands-on experience operating CNC mills, CNC lathes, and conventional machining equipment in a precision production environment.

The CNC Machinists will perform complex setups, read and interpret blueprints, operate multiple machines, and support safe material handling using forklifts, cranes, and hoists. Key Responsibilities:
- Operating CNC and conventional mills and lathes to produce precision components for aerospace manufacturing.
- Performing complex machine setups without assistance, including changing chucking jaws, tools, rotating offsets, and related setup requirements.
- Readingand interpreting blueprints, manuals, dispatch specifications, dimensions, tolerances, and sequencing requirements.
- Selecting, aligning, and securing fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials on machines.
- Performing trial runs, monitoring machine operation, identifying malfunctions or out-of-tolerance conditions, and making required adjustments.
- Using sit-down forklifts, cranes, and hoists to retrieve, load, and unload parts safely.


Pay Range: $25 to $28 per hour.
Job Type: Direct Hire.
Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA.
1st Shift: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
2nd Shift: 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm.
