CDL Drivers – Direct Hire
Compensation: $70,000 to 90,000
Location: Buffalo, NY 14202

Our clients are seeking experienced and licensed CDL Drivers to join their teams in the Buffalo area. These are direct-hire opportunities offering stable, full-time employment with competitive compensation.

Responsibilities

• Determine delivery details and plan routes efficiently.
• Collect, load, and secure stock to prevent damage.
• Maintain adequate fuel levels and monitor vehicle readiness.
• Communicate promptly with clients and management regarding potential delays.
• Take appropriate rest breaks to ensure safe operation.
• Deliver stock to clients on or before scheduled deadlines.
• Complete, store, and submit all required documentation.
• Pay applicable tolls and maintain accurate records.
• Track reasonable expenses and submit proof for reimbursement.
• Report any vehicle-related issues requiring immediate attention.

Requirements

• Valid and relevant CDL license.
• Experience operating similar commercial vehicles.
• Proficiency with GPS and navigation equipment.
• Ability to maintain physical readiness to safely operate the truck.
• Full compliance with all road, safety, and transport regulations.
• Ability to drive safely in all weather conditions and at any time of day.
• Strong time management, interpersonal, and administrative skills.
• High stamina and the ability to work extended periods when necessary.
