Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused CDL-A Day Driver with Hazmat endorsement for a direct hire opportunity in Shreveport, LA. This role is ideal for a professional driver who values steady local routes, daytime hours, regulatory compliance, and being home daily.

The CDL-A Day Driver will transport hazardous materials safely and efficiently while maintaining DOT compliance, completing accurate documentation, and providing professional service at customer locations. Key Responsibilities

- Safely operate a CDL-A commercial vehicle on assigned local daytime routes.
- Transport and deliver hazardous materials in compliance with DOT, Hazmat, and company safety regulations.
- Complete pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment.
- Maintain accurate driver logs, delivery paperwork, and compliance documentation.
- Load, unload, and handle materials using proper safety procedures.
- Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members to support on-time deliveries.
