We are seeking a highly motivated and bilingual customer service the ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing assistance, and resolving issues efficiently and courteously.

Location: San Juan

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 8:00 pm (full availability)

Responsibilities:

-Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in both Spanish and English.
-Provide assistance and resolve issues related to our products or services.
-Record and update customer information in our computer system.


Requirements:

-Previous experience in customer service and call handling.
-Fluent in both Spanish and English, both oral and written.
-Full availability to work Monday to Friday during the specified hours.
-Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
