This role manages vendor relationships, negotiates pricing, tracks orders, and ensures timely delivery of all purchased items.
Key Responsibilities
-Purchase materials, equipment, filters, and supplies for office and field teams
-Negotiate pricing and maintain strong vendor relationships
-Track orders, follow up with vendors, and monitor price trends
-Process formal subcontracts and warranty claims
-Manage core credits and warranty documentation
-Maintain accurate purchase order and credit data in service software
-Research hard-to-find parts and understand vendor product offerings

Qualifications
-High school diploma required; relevant college coursework preferred
-3+ years of experience in purchasing or a related field
-Strong knowledge of HVAC parts, equipment, manufacturers, and local contractors
-Detail-oriented with strong data-entry accuracy
