Join a leading aerospace manufacturing company and play a key role in sourcing electronic components, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring materials are available to support production and on-time customer deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and purchase electronic components and manufacturing materials
Create and manage purchase orders using ERP/MRP systems (Epicor preferred)
Negotiate pricing, lead times, and supplier agreements
Monitor material shortages and expedite orders as needed
Collaborate with Program Managers, Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Production teams
Maintain supplier performance and identify cost-saving opportunities
Support customer delivery commitments through proactive material planning
Qualifications:
✅ 3–5+ years of purchasing, procurement, or buyer experience
✅ Manufacturing experience required (contract manufacturing preferred)
✅ ERP/MRP experience; Epicor highly preferred
✅ Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis)
✅ Excellent negotiation and supplier management abilities
✅ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
✅ Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident

Required Skills & Qualifications:
✅ 3–5+ years of Purchasing, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Buyer experience
✅ Manufacturing or Contract Manufacturing experience required
✅ ERP/MRP systems experience (Epicor preferred)
✅ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reporting)
✅ Strong sourcing, purchasing, and supplier relationship management experience
✅ Proven negotiation and cost-reduction skills
✅ Experience managing purchase orders, inventory, and material planning
✅ Ability to read and work from Bills of Materials (BOMs) and production schedules
✅ Knowledge of electronic components and supply chain processes preferred
✅ Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
✅ Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven manufacturing environment
✅ Aerospace, Defense, EMS, or PCBA manufacturing experience is a plus
✅ Familiarity with ITAR, AS9100, and quality-driven manufacturing environments preferred
✅ U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident required
