Business-to-Business Collections Representative – Direct Hire

Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $25/hour

Please Note: Due to the nature of this position, any offer of employment will be contingent upon a personal credit check. Employment is also contingent on passing a pre-employment drug screening.

We are seeking a Business-to-Business Collections Representative to join our professional, corporate office. This is a fast-paced role for someone who is computer savvy, detail-oriented, and able to work across multiple systems while maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients.

What You’ll Do:

Manage B2B accounts and perform collections activities
Communicate professionally with clients regarding outstanding balances
Work across multiple software systems to track and update account information
Maintain accurate records and documentation

What We’re Looking For:

Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional office environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills
