Business Process Operations Manager (P2P)
Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Pay: Up to $55/hour
Type: Contract (potential to convert to FTE)
Summary
Seeking a hands-on Business Process Operations Manager to support Accounting Operations with a focus on Procure-to-Pay (P2P). This is a manager-level individual contributor role (no people management) ideal for a process-focused leader who handles escalations, improves workflows, and partners cross-functionally.
Key Responsibilities
-Serve as P2P subject matter expert (invoices, vendors, payments, refunds, banking changes)
-Manage escalations and critical business triage
-Oversee daily execution across internal teams and shared service/BPO partners
-Resolve complex invoice, payment, and vendor issues
-Lead process improvement and automation initiatives
-Monitor KPIs and prepare operational reports
-Partner with Finance, Procurement, Tax, Legal, and IT
Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
-5+ years in P2P, AP, or finance operations
-ERP/workflow experience (SAP, Basware, SNAP, payment platforms)
-Knowledge of shared services/BPO and SOX controls
-Strong analytical and process improvement skills
Preferred
-Master’s degree
-Lean Six Sigma or similar certification
-International or multi-entity experience
