Business Litigation Paralegal
Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 annually (higher compensation available for experienced candidates)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business litigation, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
-Manage document review, discovery processes, and case files.
-Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
-Provide trial preparation and hearing support, including in-person attendance.
-Coordinate with attorneys to ensure timely and accurate case management.
-Maintain compliance with legal procedures and deadlines.
Qualifications:
-Minimum 5 years of business litigation experience (required).
-Paralegal certificate (preferred).
-Strong knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and litigation processes.
-Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
-Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
-Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
-Superior written and verbal communication skills.
-Must be punctual and physically present during core hours (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM), with flexibility for overtime as needed.
