Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Litigation Paralegal to support a busy litigation practice. This is a 100% in-office role—no remote or hybrid options—ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


The ideal candidate brings strong Florida litigation experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Manage documents and discovery from inception through trial
Draft pleadings, motions, and related litigation documents
Provide trial and hearing preparation support and attend proceedings as needed
Maintain case files and ensure accuracy and compliance with court requirements
Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, and court personnel
Handle multiple deadlines and priority shifts in a dynamic litigation setting

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of business litigation paralegal experience
Florida litigation experience required (non-negotiable)
Paralegal certificate preferred
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and filings
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Superior communication and customer service skills with professionalism and discretion
Ability to adapt quickly and implement best practices

Work Schedule & Expectations

Core hours are 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, with flexibility in start and end times
Overtime may be required based on workload
Physical attendance and punctuality are required
