Analytics & Business Intelligence Analyst

Position Summary
• The Analytics & Business Intelligence Analyst plays a key role in supporting data-driven decision making across the organization.
• This position focuses on developing small to mid-size BI solutions, including datasets, reports, dashboards, and analyses that transform data into clear, actionable insights for internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives and translate requirements into effective BI solutions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, or QuickSight.
• Analyze business and market performance data to identify trends, insights, and root causes.
• Support both front-end reporting and back-end data tasks, including SQL queries and basic data troubleshooting.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across BI solutions.
• Automate reporting processes and support self-service analytics for business users.
• Collaborate with BI, IT, and data owners to align data sources, pipelines, and governance standards.
• Document data sources and contribute to standardized data definitions and best practices.
• Promote a data-driven mindset and continuous BI improvement across the organization.

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
• 2–4 years of experience developing reports, dashboards, and BI solutions.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, or similar.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Ability to analyze complex or incomplete data and translate it into business insights.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in telecommunications or large enterprise data environments.
• Knowledge of Python and/or R.
• Experience working with AWS data platforms.
