A respected law firm is seeking a Business Development Specialist to support growth initiatives in its Orlando office. This role focuses on pitches, proposals, client research, and business development tracking in a fast-paced, attorney-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Support business development plans, pitches, and proposals
Track opportunities and maintain CRM and pipeline data
Conduct client, industry, and market research
Assist with RFP responses, presentations, and BD materials
Coordinate business development events and initiatives

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
4–6 years of business development or marketing experience
Law firm experience required
Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM and design tools a plus
