Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients to identify staffing needs, secure job orders, and support account growth.
- Recruit, interview, qualify, and match candidates to temporary and direct hire opportunities using company processes, systems, and tools.
- Submit qualified candidates to client job orders, prepare accurate candidate profiles, and guide clients and candidates through the hiring process.
- Perform regular client and candidate follow-up to support satisfaction, retention, placement quality, and long-term relationship development.
- Plan and prioritize daily, weekly, and monthly sales, recruiting, retention, and performance activities to meet established goals and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate documentation, attendance records, system updates, and compliance with company policies, quality standards, and procedures.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $25.00 per hour 
- Employment type: Direct hire.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Build new client relationships and support existing account retention within the staffing and employment services industry.
- Recruit, qualify, and match candidates to relevant temporary and direct hire job opportunities.
- Manage job orders, candidate submissions, hiring process communication, and post-placement follow-up.
- Consistently meet sales, recruiting, service, and performance standards.

- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in business development, staffing, recruiting, sales, account management, or a related client-facing role.
- Strong ability to prospect, call, meet with clients, assess needs, present services, and develop long-term business relationships.
- Ability to source, interview, evaluate, and coach candidates while maintaining accurate documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, responsive, and service-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow structured processes, meet deadlines, and achieve performance goals.
- Comfortable using internet search tools, applicant tracking systems, CRM tools, or company databases to support recruiting and sales activity.
- Reliable, collaborative, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team-focused environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in the staffing, recruiting, employment agency, or workforce solutions industry.
- Experience supporting both client development and recruiting functions.
- Familiarity with temporary staffing, direct hire placements, job order management, candidate submissions, and quality follow-up processes.
- Proven success meeting sales, recruiting, retention, or revenue-related performance goals.
