This is a base salary + commission position designed for an experienced closer capable of bringing an established client list to generate immediate business opportunities and drive long-term revenue growth across targeted industries. Business Development Representative Location: Concord, NC 28025 Annual Base Salary: $80,000 – $95,000/yr. Commission Structure: Benefits: Full benefits eligibility following 90 consecutive days of employment Responsibilities • Develop, expand, close new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship management. Qualifications
• 10% commission on all new client revenue generated during the client’s first year
• 5% commission on client revenue generated after the first year
• 2.5% commission on client revenue generated after five years
• Leverage existing industry relationships and established business relationships to drive immediate revenue opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships while identifying opportunities for account growth and expansion.
• Collaborate internally with operations and leadership teams to ensure successful onboarding and client satisfaction.
• Maintain consistent sales activity, pipeline development, forecasting, and revenue production.
• Represent the company professionally within the marketplace at industry events.
• Be prepared to demonstrate both prior sales performance and the ability to contribute immediate business opportunities through established industry relationships
• 5 years of prior outside sales and/or business development experience.
• Possessing established client list to generate immediate revenue opportunities.
• History of exceeding sales goals and producing measurable revenue growth.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• High-energy personality; competitive and results-driven with growth mindset.
• Ability to navigate executive-level conversations and complex sales cycles.
