The Business Development Rep plays a key role in expanding U.S. market business. You will focus on providing excellent customer service and offer tailored solutions to expand ceramic technologies. Strong sales background and technical knowledge required.
Our ceramic electronic components are used in automotive, medical, aerospace, infrastructure projects, and other industries that utilize high reliabilities, using our ceramic technology that we have cultivated for many years. Detailed customer feedback is critical while collaborating with engineering and production teams.
Key Responsibilities:
-Build customer base within the U.S. market, scouting industries and companies utilizing high-reliability ceramic components.
-Conduct presentations focusing on advantages of our ceramic components in meeting industry-specific demands.
-Collaborate with engineering teams in Japan to provide customized solutions based on customer specifications.
-Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and detailed sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and clarity in product specifications.
-Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, consistently working to meet or exceed sales targets.
-Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, providing insights to the management team.
-Maintain accurate sales records and generate regular reports on sales performance and customer activity.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Japanese -- business level
1+ years B2B sales experiences in manufacturing related industries
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel within the U.S. to meet with clients as required.
Eligibility to live and work in the United States.
