About the Company

Our client is a leading manufacturer of cooling fans, cooling modules, heat sinks, and total thermal solution products. With a strong presence in the Cloud Server, Industrial, Telecom, and Automotive sectors, they are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth and build lasting relationships with server application customers.

Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Meet with prospective clients and trade show attendees to present products and services
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through cold calling, emailing, networking, and referrals
• Monitor market trends and adjust offerings to meet customer needs
• Maintain detailed records of sales activity and account status
• Provide technical support and ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with the Production Manager to resolve production issues
• Offer feedback to management on product/service improvements
• Stay informed on emerging technologies, market conditions, and customer needs

Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in thermal solutions or related industries
• Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships
• Experience in Cloud Server, Industrial, Telecom, or Automotive industries is a plus
• Willing to travel up to 25%
