We are seeking a driven and energetic individual to join our Business Development team as a Community Outreach Liaison. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in expanding our referral network, increasing brand visibility, and helping more patients access transformative mental health care.

You’ll work closely with the Community Outreach Manager, Director of Provider & Community Engagement, Director of Marketing, Patient Liaison team, and Care Navigators. This collaborative environment offers advanced sales training and a clear path for career growth into a Business Development position.

Responsibilities / Duties
• Manage incoming patient leads using phone-based sales techniques
• Identify and prospect new referral sources via phone, email, and outreach
• Maintain a daily call volume of 30–40 calls to generate and qualify leads
• Track outreach activity and lead management in Salesforce
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly activity metrics (calls, emails, consultations, lunches)
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop and execute digital and social media campaigns
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape to support strategic growth
• Represent the organization at community events and promotional activities
• Build and maintain relationships with PCPs, psychiatrists, therapists, and specialists
• Coordinate and host events and symposiums for the Community Outreach Team
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisor

Job Specifications
• Full-time position
• Standard hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Proficiency in MS Office and internet navigation required

Environment: 30% Office setting employee, desk, or cubicle. 70% to be out of the office to meet with Providers or key decision makers.
