About the Role
We’re looking for a driven Business Development Associate to fuel new business growth and expand market share within the construction industry. This role focuses on building strong relationships, identifying new opportunities, and exceeding sales goals across a diverse portfolio of precast concrete, masonry, and construction solutions.
What You’ll Do
Drive new business acquisition and increase market share
Prospect, identify, and develop qualified leads within your territory
Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, architects, engineers, and other key stakeholders
Manage opportunities and customer interactions through CRM systems
Stay active and visible in your market, including trade events and industry associations
Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to capitalize on opportunities
Plan and execute sales calls, meetings, and presentations
Review construction plans and specifications to identify viable projects
Own and manage projects through the full lifecycle, coordinating internally and externally
Promote product offerings and solutions effectively
Collaborate as a proactive, professional team member
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3–5 years of experience in construction, sales, or business development
Existing relationships within commercial construction sectors (hospitality, healthcare, multifamily, or commercial)
Strong sales acumen and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed
Preferred Experience
Sales or business development experience in construction-related industries
