Open Roles:
1. Business Development Associate (BDA)
Base Salary: $65K + Uncapped Commission
OTE: $85K–$200K+
Bonuses:
$2K Training Bonus (Month 1)
$2K Ramp-up Bonus (Month 2)
Double commission after ramp-up (when you’re crushing your KPIs)
What you'll do: Talk to warm, inbound leads (no cold calling strangers in the wild), help them find the right coverage, and close deals fast. Short sales cycles = quicker wins = bigger checks.
2. Customer Support Specialist / Underwriter
Base Salary: $65K (no commission)
Focus: Be the friendly expert for our customers, lenders, and partners—answer questions, solve problems, and keep things running smoothly.
