Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for prospective partners showing interest in the platform
Build trust-based relationships by identifying needs and providing tailored solutions
Guide prospects through capabilities, processes, and onboarding with professionalism and clarity
Maintain close contact with partners throughout the appointment process to ensure a smooth experience
Manage top-of-funnel lead flow and take ownership of moving opportunities forward
Represent customer and partner feedback internally to support continuous improvement
Qualifications
2+ years of customer-facing experience in business development, account management, or a related role
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport quickly
A customer-service mindset and a focus on developing long-term relationships
Competitive drive, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Tech-savviness and comfort using data and multiple systems to manage work
Self-starter with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
