A growing restoration and contents services company is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive referral-based business growth for its Contents Restoration & Pack-Out Division.

This role is ideal for a relationship-driven professional with experience in the restoration, insurance, or construction industries who understands how to build long-term partnerships and generate consistent referral opportunities.

The BDR will focus on developing relationships with restoration contractors, mitigation companies, insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, and other trades that frequently encounter contents restoration needs. This is a highly relationship-focused, field-based position requiring regular in-person meetings, territory development, and ongoing industry engagement across the Phoenix market.

Qualifications
Industry experience required in restoration, mitigation, insurance, construction, or property management.
Existing relationships within the restoration or insurance ecosystem strongly preferred.
Proven ability to develop referral partnerships and grow business through relationship-based sales.
Understanding of pack-outs, contents cleaning, storage processes, mitigation timelines, and insurance claim workflows.
Familiarity with Xactimate and restoration industry standards preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and territory management abilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a high volume of relationship-building activities.
