About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Entertainment Assistant to support our client teams with various financial and administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for recent grads with 1–2 years of experience—or strong internships—to launch a career in music business finance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process payments, invoices, and maintain accurate records
- Payroll Support: Assist with payroll processing and documentation
- Bank Reconciliations: Ensure accuracy in financial reporting
- Vendor Communication: Manage invoicing and payment inquiries
- Credit Card Reconciliation & Coding: Maintain organized and accurate financial data
- Tour & Road Report Reconciliations: Track travel-related expenses
- Client & Account Management Support: Assist Account Managers with daily financial operations

What You Bring:

- Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Music Business preferred
- Experience: 1–2 years of office experience OR internship experience in a business management or financial setting

Skills:

- Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
