This Business Analyst Position Features:

Immediate need for business analyst from utilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience) with 5–7 years of analytical experience. Ability to perform quantitative analysis, gather and analyze data, and develop solutions that support business operations and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder & Customer Coordination
Act as the main contact between contractors and customers.
Coordinate inspection appointments and resolve customer access issues.
Manage approvals, notifications, and inspection constraints using Customer Contact Information (CCI).
Track inspection limitations and support process improvements and reporting.
Constraint Tracking & Work Orders
Identify access issues using .kmz mapping files, Excel spatial joins, and ArcGIS.
Create and manage work orders for vendors with appointment details, instructions, and access information.
Track constrained inspections to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
Support development of data management tools and status reporting.
Data Analysis & Issue Resolution
Validate inspection data in SAS and Power BI dashboards.
Investigate data discrepancies using SAP, InspectApp, and EZYViewer.
Coordinate with internal teams and IT to resolve data sync issues.
Track issues from identification through resolution.
