AppleOne Employment is seeking a local Building Services Technician to join a government agency’s Housing, Facilities, and Land Use team. This is a stable career opportunity offering excellent benefits. Located in Valley Center, CA, Full-time, Monday-Friday, $20-25/hr DOE

Key Responsibilities:

-Perform cleaning and sanitation of assigned buildings to meet departmental standards

-Utilize general custodial tools and equipment safely and effectively

-Support the Housing Facilities and Land Use Director with maintenance tasks and assigned projects

-Maintain facilities in compliance with policies, regulations, and procedures

-Uphold professionalism and integrity in all interactions

Qualifications:

-Prior custodial, janitorial, or facilities maintenance experience

-Ability to work independently and follow direction

-Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety

-Reliable, punctual, and professional
