Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Brand Sales Representative for a direct hire opportunity in Sunrise, FL. This field sales and retail support role is ideal for a customer-focused sales professional who enjoys working with store teams, Pro Desk associates, contractors, and home improvement customers to drive product awareness, quote conversion, and service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Support customers and store associates with product recommendations, special-order solutions, estimates, and accurate quote preparation.
- Review open-order and quote reports regularly to support order conversion, resolve issues, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Communicate with internal sales and customer service teams regarding order status, delivery schedules, customer follow-up, and issue resolution.
- Maintain product displays, samples, and marketing materials while monitoring key inventory and sample availability across assigned stores.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $50,000 to $65,000 per year. plus commission
- Employment type: Direct hire.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Support field sales activity across assigned retail stores and help drive quote-to-order conversion.
- Provide product recommendations, special-order support, and quoting assistance for Pro customers and store teams.
- Train retail associates on product knowledge, applications, installation processes, and sales tools.
- Monitor quotes, orders, customer concerns, and store-level support needs to improve service and sales outcomes.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, customer service, retail sales, or a related role.
- Ability to learn and use quoting systems, reporting tools, digital catalogs, and related software.
- Flexibility to work varying schedules based on business needs.
- Ability to travel between assigned stores to provide consistent support, training, and coverage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in building materials, windows and doors, millwork, or home improvement retail.
- Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills.
