 The Brand Manager is responsible for the successful execution and strategic management of assigned brands. This role ensures optimal brand performance by monitoring profitability margins, developing marketing strategies, analyzing market opportunities, and serving as the key liaison between suppliers and the sales team. The Brand Manager drives brand growth through effective planning, execution, and performance analysis while maintaining strong professional relationships with internal teams and external partners. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute brand strategies, including product development, cost analysis, pricing strategies, promotions, advertising, and marketing initiatives. Support the development of business plans for assigned brands by communicating achievements, performance results, and market opportunities to suppliers. Identify growth opportunities through market analysis, competitive intelligence, consumer trends, and customer needs. Analyze monthly profit margins and identify variances through cost and pricing reviews. Conduct regular market visits to evaluate brand performance and opportunities. Develop sales forecasts based on historical brand performance in collaboration with the Sales Department. Monitor brand sales performance and adjust projections as needed. Design and implement marketing plans and initiatives for assigned brands. Evaluate and audit the effectiveness of marketing and sales programs. Maintain ongoing communication with suppliers and the sales team regarding brand status, opportunities, and action plans. Ensure healthy inventory levels through continuous coordination with the Purchasing Department. Analyze investment performance and sales reports to recommend strategies that maximize resources and brand profitability. Collaborate with Category Management by providing market insights, brand updates, and recommendations for optimal product placement. Establish clear objectives with the sales team regarding promotions, activities, and brand budget utilization. Plan, lead, supervise, and coordinate marketing support personnel assigned to the brands. Ensure accurate and timely invoicing in coordination with the marketing support team, including sales report reconciliations and follow-up with sales teams and suppliers.

Required Qualifications Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret financial data and profitability margins. Strategic thinking and results-oriented mindset. 6 months to 1 year of experience supervising personnel. Demonstrated leadership skills, including goal setting, team integration, performance management, and employee development. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish. Ability to analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive practices. Knowledge and experience managing projects and marketing initiatives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams (Sales, Purchasing, Category Management, and others) as well as external suppliers. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency. Ability to resolve conflicts and complaints professionally while achieving successful outcomes. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple work plans simultaneously. Excellent attention to detail and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of A+ software is preferred. Education Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing or Finance preferred. Experience 1–2 years of experience in brand management, profit margin analysis, P&L management, budgeting, marketing plan development, and/or product launches. Experience in the consumer products industry is highly preferred.
