About the Role
We are looking for a Brand Campaign Manager who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. The ideal candidate uncovers customer and cultural insights, translates them into bold campaign strategies, and leads cross-functional teams to bring these ideas to life. You will play a key role in shaping how the brand is perceived, developing breakthrough campaigns that build awareness, trust, and measurable impact.
What You’ll Do
Lead 360° campaign development: Drive campaigns from insight to execution across digital, social, experiential, and earned media channels.
Turn insights into action: Leverage research and data to inform creative and channel strategies that resonate with target audiences and deliver strong ROI.
Champion innovation: Identify test-and-learn opportunities, design experiments, and build measurement frameworks to continuously improve performance.
Elevate the playbook: Standardize and evolve campaign processes to improve team efficiency and creativity.
Provide thought leadership: Stay ahead of cultural, consumer, and category trends, translating insights into actionable strategies.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with teams across Product Marketing, Creative, Media, Research, Partnerships, Legal, Data Science, and Communications to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns.
What You Bring
4–6+ years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, or campaign management (agency or in-house).
Proven success developing and executing multi-channel brand campaigns that balance creative excellence with measurable outcomes.
Deep understanding of cultural and consumer behavior, ideally within technology or financial services.
Experience managing cross-functional programs and external agency partners.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and inspire.
Demonstrated ability to use insights and data to shape marketing strategies and drive business growth.
