As a Senior Brand Partnerships Manager, you will play a pivotal role in establishing how we strategically leverage and scale brand and creator partnerships to drive the organization brand and business forward. Reporting to the Director of Brand, you will be responsible for identifying, establishing, and maintaining partnerships that align with our brand attributes, foster trust, and enhance brand momentum.
We are seeking someone who deeply understands the partnership landscape and can develop innovative ways to connect our organization to our customers. A primary focus will be on connecting with our core audience around key attributes of sports, entrepreneurship and family.
Responsibilities:
1. Leverage research and data to identify big opportunities for brand and creator
partnerships that align with the organization's brand attributes and target audience.
2. Lead negotiations to secure mutually beneficial partnerships leveraging
knowledge of industry strategies and the organization’s brand to drive discussions and
contracting.
3. Establish and nurture relationships with partners and develop collaborative and
mutually-beneficial opportunities.
4. Demonstrate bold thinking and landscape expertise to build buzzworthy and
culturally relevant partnership plans and activations and outcomes.
5. Serve as the primary point of contact for partner relationships, ensuring ongoing
communication, alignment, and satisfaction, streamlining processes if needed.
6. Track and measure the performance of partnerships against predefined KPIs,
providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
7. Manage partnership budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI and alignment
with overall brand strategy.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. MBA
or equivalent experience is a plus.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Fintech brand & creator partnerships or related roles at a consumer brand, with a proven track record of success.
3. Strong understanding of brand strategy, integrated marketing, and partnership
best practices to create and drive successful partnerships
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport
and influence at all levels.
5. Strategic & bold thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and develop
creative solutions.
6. Highly organized with strong Fintech project management skills and attention to detail.
7. Passion for finance, investing, and technology (Fintech)
8. Experienced working in a fast paced startup environment where taking initiative
is imperative and ambiguity makes you comfortable
