What You’ll Do:
Supervise and support front-line staff, Oversee daily banking operations and ensure compliance, Provide exceptional service and resolve client issues Assist with new accounts, teller work, and branch scheduling
Support sales efforts and branch growth initiatives
Train and mentor team members
Partner with the Branch Manager on performance, retention, and business development
What We’re Looking For:
Specialist: 5+ years banking experience, 2+ years supervisory & operations
Officer: 8+ years banking experience, 4+ years supervisory & operations
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and banking software
Notary Public preferred
