Our client is seeking an experienced banking professional to join their branch team. This role supports branch operations, ensures compliance, and delivers exceptional client service. Depending on experience, the position will be filled as either a Branch Operations Specialist or Branch Operations Officer.
What You’ll Do
Lead and support branch staff to ensure an excellent client experience
Oversee daily operations, reports, and compliance requirements
Maintain branch security and approve transactions within assigned limits
Perform teller duties, open new accounts, and handle escalated client issues
Train, coach, and develop employees
Support branch growth through customer retention and relationship building
Officer role includes: leading larger teams, driving sales programs, and supporting business development
Qualifications
Branch Operations Specialist
5+ years banking experience
2+ years supervisory & operations experience
Branch Operations Officer
8+ years banking experience
4+ years supervisory & operations experience
(Both roles require proficiency in MS Office & banking systems. Notary preferred.)
