Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite
This recruitment is for either a Branch Operations Specialist or Branch Operations Officer, depending on experience. Both roles support daily branch operations, client service, staff leadership, and compliance while partnering closely with the Branch Manager to promote branch growth.

Position Summary
Provide personalized banking services, support branch operations, and ensure compliance with bank policies and state/federal regulations. Serve as an operational leader, staff resource, and customer service escalation point.

Key Responsibilities (Both Roles)

Schedule branch staff to ensure proper coverage
Support excellent customer service and resolve escalated issues
Ensure compliance with operational standards, policies, and regulations
Prepare and review branch documentation and certification packages
Maintain branch security controls and train staff on procedures
Handle daily operational reports, overdrafts, and exceptions
Approve transactions within assigned authority limits
Open new accounts, support teller functions, and review account documentation
Complete required CRA volunteer hours (10 per year; paid time)

Qualifications
Branch Operations Specialist

5+ years banking experience
2+ years supervisory experience
2+ years operations experience
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and banking systems
Notary Public preferred

Branch Operations Officer

8+ years banking experience
4+ years supervisory experience
4+ years operations experience
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and banking systems
Notary Public preferred
