We are seeking an experienced Branch Operations Officer to oversee daily branch operations, ensure compliance with banking regulations, and provide operational leadership to frontline teams. This position may be based in Santa Barbara, Danville, or another available Northern California branch location.

This is a full-time, in-office role suited for operations-focused banking professionals who excel in maintaining strong controls, supporting staff, and keeping branches audit-ready.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily branch operational activities
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Manage operational approvals, exceptions, and risk controls
- Support staff performance, workflow efficiency, and training
- Partner with branch leadership to maintain audit readiness

Qualifications
- Banking experience in branch operations, supervision, or leadership
- Strong knowledge of retail banking procedures and compliance
- Experience handling operational exceptions or escalations
- Ability to lead by example and work independently onsite
