**Position Overview**
We are seeking an experienced **Operations Manager** with a strong background in **commercial banking operations (70%)** and a solid understanding of **consumer banking processes (30%)**. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex operational challenges, and is passionate about improving systems and workflows.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily operations for commercial banking services including Wire Transfers treasury management, and client onboarding.
- Support consumer banking functions such as account maintenance, transaction processing, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational procedures and enhance service delivery.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and mentor a team of operations specialists, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risk.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum **5 years of experience** in banking operations, with a strong emphasis on commercial banking**.
