HVAC & Plumbing Service / Branch Manager

Location: Orlando, FL (serving Orlando, Tampa, and Daytona areas)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Onsite

We are seeking an experienced HVAC & Plumbing Service / Branch Manager to lead and grow our service operations across Central Florida. This is a full-time, onsite role based in our Orlando office, overseeing daily operations and dispatch for HVAC and plumbing technicians across Orlando, Tampa, and Daytona.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily service operations for HVAC and plumbing divisions
Dispatch and coordinate technicians across multiple service areas
Optimize scheduling, routing, and job efficiency
Expand business within existing territories and drive new growth opportunities
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high service standards
Track performance metrics, revenue goals, and operational KPIs
Lead, mentor, and support field technicians and service staff

Qualifications:
HVAC and/or plumbing service management experience required
Strong background in dispatching and field service coordination
Existing book of business preferred
Proven ability to grow service revenue and territory
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work Monday–Friday onsite in Orlando
