Key Responsibilities

- Open and support consumer accounts and business accounts while ensuring accurate documentation and proper account setup.
- Recommend banking products and services based on client needs, relationship opportunities, and branch service goals.
- Process branch transactions, account maintenance requests, documentation updates, and client service inquiries.
- Maintain compliance with Bank Secrecy Act requirements, information security standards, and applicable banking procedures.
- Support a positive client experience by resolving concerns professionally and communicating clearly with clients and employees.
- Contribute to efficient daily branch operations through attention to detail, confidentiality, sound judgment, and service consistency.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $74,880 to $107,525 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Open new consumer accounts and support business account activity.
- Process branch transactions, account documentation, and client service requests.
- Recommend appropriate banking products and services based on client needs.
- Maintain compliance with banking regulations, BSA requirements, and information security procedures.

- 3 to 5 years of relevant banking, teller, new accounts, or customer service experience preferred based on role level.
- Experience opening consumer accounts is required.
- Experience opening basic business accounts is required for higher-level roles.
- Advanced experience opening complex business accounts is required for senior-level consideration.
- Working knowledge of basic banking regulations, including Bank Secrecy Act and information security requirements.
- Strong customer relations skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and employees.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and banking software or core banking systems.
- Excellent judgment, strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to accept responsibility.
- Ability to maintain a friendly, positive, and professional attitude when resolving client concerns.
- Commitment to accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and high-quality service delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior supervisory experience is preferred for senior-level consideration.
- Experience with Trust and Estate Accounts is preferred.
- Experience supporting Treasury Services such as remote deposit capture, armored service, or courier service is preferred.
- Experience generating new business, making business development calls, or partnering with internal banking teams is preferred.
