What You'll Do
Lead and develop a high-performing, community-focused branch team
Cultivate lasting client relationships and drive customer satisfaction
Drive branch growth through business development, strategic planning, and team coaching
Ensure operational excellence, risk compliance, and adherence to bank policies
Represent the bank in local partnerships, community events, and environmental initiatives

What We’re Looking For
Previous banking leadership experience (Branch Manager, Assistant Manager, or equivalent)
Strong sales and service acumen, with a collaborative leadership style
Passion for community impact, sustainability, and inclusive workplace values
Adaptable, solutions-oriented mindset
