Responsibilities
Lead daily branch operations and team performance
Coach, develop, and manage branch staff
Drive deposit growth and business development efforts
Build strong customer and community relationships
Ensure compliance with company policies and banking regulations
Monitor branch profitability, service quality, and operational excellence
Support sales initiatives and relationship-building activities
Qualifications
-
7+ years of branch banking experience / 5+ years of branch management experience
-Proven success in sales, customer service, and branch growth
-Experience managing business and consumer accounts
-Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office and banking systems
-Active involvement in community networking and business development preferred
