We are seeking a Branch Operations Manager to oversee daily operations at a small, self-contained office location. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for branch operations, regulatory compliance, internal controls, and client service, while partnering closely with a remotely based sales leader and centralized support teams.
This location operates independently with limited on-site staffing, so the ideal candidate is highly self-sufficient, organized, and comfortable working with minimal direct supervision. Success in this role requires sound judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to balance operational oversight with collaborative sales support.
This is an exempt leadership position requiring professionalism, discretion, and comfort working within a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day office and operational activities to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and consistency
Maintain internal controls, documentation, and compliance with regulatory and audit requirements
Serve as the primary point of contact for operational issues, escalations, and client-related concerns
Supervise and support one direct report, providing guidance, coaching, and workflow direction
Ensure a high-quality client experience in a low-volume, service-focused environment
Partner with a remotely located sales leader and internal teams such as Compliance, Risk, Technology, and Operations
Support audits, regulatory readiness, reporting, and issue resolution efforts
Communicate regularly with headquarters and internal stakeholders to align on expectations and priorities
Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and operational excellence

Clear and professional communication skills, particularly with remote leaders and internal partners
Ability to manage responsibilities independently and prioritize effectively
