Our client is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead daily operations, sales, staff development, and customer service for a full-service bank branch. This is an onsite leadership role with strong community engagement and growth expectations.
What You’ll Do
Lead, hire, train, and coach branch staff
Drive sales, deposit growth, and overall branch performance
Ensure full compliance with bank policies and regulations
Resolve customer issues and maintain a high-service culture
Oversee daily operations, approvals, audits, and reporting
Build community relationships and participate in outreach events
What You Need
7+ years banking experience, 5+ years branch management
Proven sales results and branch growth history
Experience managing complex business & consumer accounts
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
Ability to hire, train, and manage team performance
Community involvement (Chamber, Rotary, etc.) preferred
Notary Public preferred
Valid CA driver’s license
