**Job Title:** Branch Manager – Community Banking

**About the Role**
We are seeking a **Branch Manager** to lead one of our neighborhood branches. This role blends people leadership, community engagement, business development, and operational oversight. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who values long-term relationships, understands the local market, and takes pride in being a trusted financial resource in the community.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Branch Leadership & Culture**
* Lead, mentor, and develop a client-focused branch team
* Foster a welcoming, service-oriented culture aligned with the bank’s values
* Set expectations for performance, professionalism, and integrity
* Support staff training and career development within the branch
**Relationship Management & Community Engagement**
* Build and deepen relationships with local business owners, professionals, and consumers
* Serve as an ambassador for the bank within the community through networking, civic involvement, and local events
* Identify opportunities for commercial, small business, and consumer banking solutions
* Partner closely with lending and treasury teams to deliver personalized financial solutions
**Operations & Risk Management**
* Oversee daily branch operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and strong internal controls
* Ensure compliance with bank policies and all applicable banking regulations
* Manage branch risk, audit responses, and operational issues proactively
* Monitor branch performance metrics including loan and deposit growth, service quality, and expense control
**Client Experience**
* Ensure every client interaction reflects the bank’s commitment to personal service and responsiveness
* Resolve escalated client concerns with care, professionalism, and follow-through
* Maintain a culture where clients feel known, valued, and confident in the bank
**Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
* 5+ years of banking experience, preferably within a community or regional bank
* Prior branch management or supervisory experience strongly preferred
* Working knowledge of small business and commercial lending, deposits, and consumer banking
* Strong understanding of banking compliance, credit fundamentals, and operational controls
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
* Strong ties to the local market highly desirable

5+ years of financial banking experience.
Bachelors Degree
Strong knowledge of local community and peninsula.
Strong community relationship skills.
