Join a thriving, relationship-focused bank as a Branch Manager, where you’ll lead daily branch operations, drive growth, and inspire a high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee all branch operations, sales, and service activities while ensuring compliance with state, federal, and bank policies.

Lead, coach, and develop a talented branch team to meet performance goals and deliver superior customer service.

Drive deposit growth and business development through effective sales strategies and community engagement.

Manage branch profitability, budgets, audits, and operational excellence.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, proactively addressing needs and ensuring satisfaction.

Represent the bank in local community and business organizations.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 7 years in a branch environment, including 5 years in branch management.

Proven success in driving branch sales, operations, and client growth.

Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.

Experience managing complex consumer and business accounts.

Active community involvement; Notary Public preferred.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and banking systems.

Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
