What You’ll Do:
Lead the daily operations of a small, dynamic branch team
Cultivate a positive workplace culture that reflects our B Corp values
Foster deep relationships with local businesses and community members
Drive responsible growth through ethical lending and inclusive banking practices
Ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency
Mentor and develop staff while modeling a customer-first mindset

Who You Are:
A collaborative, mission-aligned leader with banking experience
Skilled in both business development and operational oversight
Committed to equity, sustainability, and inclusive financial access
Strong communicator and problem-solver with a people-first approach
Previous branch management or supervisory experience required
