This role is ideal for an experienced banking leader with a strong background in sales, service, and operations.
What You’ll Do:
Hire, train, and coach staff to deliver top-tier service and meet performance goals
Lead branch sales strategies and community engagement to grow core deposits
Monitor branch performance, customer trends, and compliance using Vital View Dashboard
Ensure full adherence to bank policies, security procedures, and audit standards
Resolve complex customer issues and drive retention through proactive service
Communicate and implement bank-wide updates and policy changes with staff
Partner with leadership on local marketing and business development efforts
Oversee all aspects of branch operations, staffing, and performance reviews
Serve as a key point of contact for high-value clients and business accounts
Represent the bank in community events and meet CRA volunteer hour requirements (10 hours/year)
What You’ll Need:
7+ years of branch banking experience
5+ years of branch management experience
3+ years handling complex business and consumer accounts
Proven leadership in sales and staff development
Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
Community involvement and relationship-building expertise
Notary Public (preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and core banking systems
Valid CA driver’s license and insured vehicle
