Branch Manager – Banking Industry

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily branch operations, including client service, sales, and security.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and federal/state banking regulations.
- Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team.
- Drive core deposit growth through strategic sales promotions.
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards and resolve client issues.
- Develop and execute business strategies to expand banking relationships.
- Engage in community outreach and business networking opportunities.

Qualifications:
- 7+ years banking experience, with 5+ years in branch management.
- Proven leadership in sales, customer service, and team development.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Active involvement in community organizations preferred.
- California driver’s license & reliable vehicle required.
