SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: • Minimum 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience as a Branch Director, Director of Operations or Administrator experience. • Currently registered or become registered in California (Fingerprint clearance and approved by the Guardian system) • Knowledge of Federal, State, and local regulations governing home care practices and comply appropriately. • Knowledge of payroll/HR practices. • Proven leadership and team-building abilities • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Proficiency in software and Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
