Job Details
Position: First Shift Box Assembler / Packaging Associate
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Location: Erlanger, KY 41018

Job Responsibilities
• Assemble corrugated boxes according to production specifications
• Inspect boxes for quality, labeling accuracy, and structural integrity
• Supply completed boxes to packaging lines in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with GMP standards
• Follow all safety, food safety, and quality procedures
• Report damaged materials, equipment issues, or safety concerns to supervision
• Assist with additional packaging or production tasks as assigned, including cleaning various work areas throughout the facility

Requirements
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, twist, and stand for extended periods
• Basic math and counting skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Must comply with GMP standards, including PPE, hygiene, and dress code requirements

Preferred Skills
• Prior manufacturing or packaging experience
• Familiarity with food or ingredient production environments
