We are seeking dependable Box Makers for contract and temporary opportunities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Erlanger, KY. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on production work, take pride in quality, and can stay active throughout the shift.
As a Box Maker, you will support packaging operations by assembling, inspecting, and supplying corrugated boxes to production lines. You will work as part of a team focused on safety, quality, and efficiency while following GMP standards and plant procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Assemble corrugated boxes according to production specifications and packaging requirements.
- Inspect boxes for quality, accurate labeling, and structural integrity before use.
- Supply finished boxes to packaging lines in a timely and organized manner.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area in compliance with GMP standards.
- Follow all safety, food safety, quality, PPE, hygiene, and dress code requirements.
- Report damaged materials, equipment concerns, or safety issues to supervision and assist with other packaging or cleaning tasks as assigned.
Compensation and Benefits
- 1st Shift: $18.00 per hour, Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with 2 mandatory weekends.
- 3rd Shift: $19.00 per hour, Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, with 2 mandatory weekends.
- Job Type: Contract/Temporary.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Assemble and inspect corrugated boxes for production and packaging use.
- Supply packaging lines with boxes to keep operations running efficiently.
- Maintain GMP-compliant work areas and follow safety and quality procedures.
- Support general packaging, production, and cleaning tasks as needed.
- 1 to 2 years of experience preferred in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or packaging environment.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and twisting.
- Basic math and counting skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Must comply with GMP requirements, including PPE, hygiene, and dress code standards.
- Comfortable working in an environment with noise, dust, odors, and temperature variations.
- Ability to use required PPE, including safety shoes, hair or beard nets, hearing protection, and eye protection.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior manufacturing or packaging experience.
- Familiarity with food, ingredient production, or GMP-regulated environments.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work required shifts, including mandatory weekends.
