This Bookkeeper/Human Resources Position Features:
• A blended mix of both roles - 60% Bookkeeping and 40% HR
• Full time hours, 9AM - 5PM
• Remote work is allowed up to 1 days per week. Must be in office 4 days per week.

Immediate need for dual role including bookkeeping and human resources. This role blends office administration, HR coordination, and light AP/bookkeeping workflow management. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable handling sensitive HR matters, and strong at keeping invoices, approvals, and compliance items moving without things slipping through the cracks. Responsibilities include:
- HR functions inc. recruiting, hiring, onboarding
- Invoicing, expenses, AP workflow, and audits
- Business license renewals and related compliance documents
- Office operations and administrative coordination
